He is also the Founder and Director of Nathani Software Private Limited, which develops specialized software for the debt recovery sector. The company’s flagship product, tailored for Focus Business Solution, integrates field operations, telecalling, legal workflows, and communication tools into a single, streamlined platform.

Mr. Amin Nathani, Promoter and Whole-Time Director of Focus Business Solution Limited, holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and has over 22 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry. He has been an integral part of the company since its inception in 2006.

As Whole-Time Director, Mr. Nathani plays a vital role in overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations. He is actively involved in manpower planning, team supervision, and client coordination, ensuring that operational workflows run smoothly and efficiently. His hands-on leadership and deep understanding of the industry contribute significantly to the company’s stability, service quality, and long-term growth.

His commitment to operational excellence and strong client relationships has helped establish Focus Business Solution Limited as a trusted name in the debt collection sector.

Mr. Ilyas Shaikh, a B.Com graduate, has been an integral part of the Focus Group since 2005. Mr. Ilyas Shaikh has grown from Team Leader to CFO through over two decades of dedication and expertise. After serving as Branch Manager and Product Manager, his strong aptitude in finance and administration led to his appointment as Operational Head in 2009, where he managed manpower operations, payroll, and key administrative functions.

In 2021, he was elevated to Chief Financial Officer while continuing to head Operations. He now oversees all accounting functions, income tax and GST compliance, and critical administrative matters. Renowned for his proficiency in Excel, accounting software, and analytical tools, Mr. Shaikh is known for precision, problem-solving, and hands-on leadership, playing a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence, financial discipline, and sustained company growth.

Mr. Kalpesh Bhayani steadily advanced to roles of Team Leader and Product Manager, gaining in-depth expertise in the collections process since 2006. Recognized for his strong command over compliance with various Codes of Conduct and guidelines, along with advanced Excel proficiency, he was appointed Head of the Audit and Compliance team for internal audits in 2020. Since then, he has strengthened governance practices across the organization. In 2023, he also took charge of the Madhya Pradesh branch, building a capable team and driving operational growth. Known for his attention to detail, analytical skills, process improvement mindset, and commitment to ethical practices, Mr. Bhayani ensures high standards of transparency and accountability in every aspect of his work.

Ms. Dimple Rana has built an exceptional career, progressing from a back-end executive to Tele Calling Manager since 2006. Leading the tele-calling department since 2017, she now manages over 200 telecallers and 10 supervisors across multiple branches, playing a crucial role in supporting the organisation’s collection efforts. Known for her team leadership, operational coordination, communication skills, and target-driven approach, she excels in workforce management, performance monitoring, and ensuring adherence to compliance standards. Her ability to motivate teams and maintain high productivity has been instrumental in the department’s consistent success.

Mr. Purvang Pandya is qualified as BE (IT) passed out in 2012. He joined Focus Group in 2015 and has been instrumental in developing the organization’s digital infrastructure. He successfully created key solutions such as the web-based CRM system, RCAP, and the mobile applications fTouch and fTouch Lite, now used by over 800 users. With 12–13 years of experience in the IT field, he currently serves as Product Manager and Database Manager for all digital applications at Focus Group. Known for his expertise in software development, database management, system integration, and IT security, he continues to innovate and streamline technology solutions that drive operational efficiency across the organization.
